My Background
I am a Certified Mental Health Coach and a Narcissistic Abuse Advocate and survivor. I have developed a unique approach to advocate for anyone who has or is dealing with building confidence within themselves after the traumatic experience of narcissistic abuse. As a Certified Mental Health Coach and Narcissistic Abuse Advocate and survivor, I learned to move forward with life in a healthier way, regaining my sense of self-worth.

My mission is to empower women to break free from the shackles of narcissistic abuse guiding them towards transformation through personalized one-on-one coaching, unwavering accountability, the cultivation of self-love and unwavering confidence. Vision
My vision is to provide support and self-care strategies that will help women begin to heal from wounds of mental and physical narcissistic abuse. To provide guidance on moving beyond the narcissistic abuse towards a more hopeful, fulfilling and meaningful life.
